Loan Documentation

At a minimum, all loans considered for approval at Reading Co-operative Bank require a completed loan application and verification of income (see below). In addition, other supporting documents may be required. Please review this list to determine what you'll need in addition to your loan application.

Upon receipt of your application, approval is subject to a satisfactory credit review, sufficient income capacity to make payments, and collateral value.

Income Verification: one of the following is required:
- A copy of your most recent pay stub and last year's W-2.
- If you are self employed, the past two years of both personal and business tax returns with all schedules attached.

Auto Loans
-Purchase Agreement.
-Income verification (see above).
-Proof of Insurance.
-Copy of bill of sale, including year and model of vehicle, vehicle identification number (VIN) and vehicle options.
-Copy of title, front and back (if used-car loan).

Home Equity & Home Improvement Loans
-Income verification (see above).
-Your most recent W-2.
-Copy of deed with book and page number (not required if Reading Co-operative Bank is mortgage holder).
-Your most recent tax bill.
-Your most recent mortgage statement showing balance outstanding.
-Current insurance policy.

Residential Mortgage
-Income verification (see above).
-Deed and Purchase & Sales Agreement.
-Closing Costs (please speak with a loan representative for details).
-Three months of your deposit statements.
